Under the direction of long-time jibber, Mark Fragassi (recently returned from Utah's Park City), West Mountain's TERRAIN PARK will soon be hosting Friday Night Events -- a contest series with major sponsors and prizes -- including BIG AIR, RAIL JAM, and SLOPESTYLE.

Thanksgiving Weekend Specials

Last chance for early-season savings this weekend at the Sports Page, located on Quaker Road in Queensbury. We will have reps on hand in the store Friday, Saturday, and Sunday to sell discounted multi-day tickets, programs and season passes. Be sure and stop by!

Let's also take a minute to say thanks that we are fortunate enough to live where great skiing is so accessible. Wishing you a very HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!!

SEASON PASS PHOTOS!!

At long last ---- we will (finally!) start processing photos for season passes this coming Monday, December 1. Our delay this year was a result of our Amazing Lodge Renovation! No late fee for processing will be charged.

Hours will be: Mondays 9 am - 4 pm, Tuesday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm, and Saturday & Sunday 10 am - 3 pm.

NEW TRAILS!

Six new completed trails - new maps are on order! There are 2 new connector trails from the Frolic to the Holy Mackerel, a brand new, fantastic trail between the Mach II and Midway, a new trail above the Cure, and another above the Frolic!

We can't wait to ski them!

Weekend Events

We had an incredible turn out this past weekend (Nov. 22 - 23) at both the Ski Swap and at the Warren Miller movie downtown. Thanks to all who participated!!

(Ski patrol folks report that checks from the ski swap sales should -- hopefully-- be processed and mailed out in time for Christmas.)

WARREN MILLER "Children of Winter"

This FRI and SAT at the Charles Wood Theater in downtown Glens Falls: Warren Miller's Ski movie "Children of Winter". Tickets are $12, now available at the box office and show times are FRI 5 and 7:30pm and SAT 1, 4, and 7pm.
Proceeds benefit the Ski West Mountain Education Foundation. Come and see the show!!

SKI SWAP THIS WEEKEND

Equipment NOW ARRIVING!

The annual SKI SWAP will be held at the lodge this weekend: SAT 10 am - 4 pm and SUN 10 am - 1 pm.

New and pre-owned ski & snowboard equipment including outer wear, skis, boots, poles, helmets and more -- will all be for sale at discounted prices. If you are interested in selling your equipment, drop off times are tonight, FRI 5 - 9 pm and tomorrow morning SAT 8 am - 10 am.

SKI SEASON!

Cold temps --- snow showers --- dusting on top! Ski season is fast approaching, and we are on-target for finishing up the construction/renovation project by Thanksgiving weekend.

West Mountain is hoping to be open by that weekend ---- check back for updates!

Albany Ski Show & WINTER EXPO in Saratoga

In spite of warm temps this past weekend, the turn-out at the Albany Ski Show was great! Thanks to all who stopped by to find out what's new.

This coming weekend, we will be at the 1st ever WINTER EXPO in Saratoga, sponsored by Adirondack Sports and Fitness. Hours are: SAT. Nov. 15 10am - 6 pm and SUN. Nov.16 10am - 5 pm.
